• Family membership entitles a member’s spouse and their dependent unmarried children under the age of 24, or attending school on a full-time basis, to use the club’s facilities to the extent provided by the membership category purchased.
• Couple membership entitles a member and their significant other that is living in the same household to use the club’s facilities to the extent provided by the membership category purchased.
• Seasonal memberships are for a consecutive 6-month period.
• Junior Tennis & Fitness members must be under the age of 18 years. The pool is not included in this membership. 
• Members must have their membership card with them at all times. Membership cards are not transferable and may not be used by any person other than the person to whom it is issued.
• In the event of a lost or stolen membership card, the resort should be notified immediately. A new card will be processed for a fee of $10.
• If a member’s account is past due there will be a delinquent fee. If the account is 60 days past due the member will have their membership privileges suspended until the account has a zero balance.
• All food and beverages consumed on resort property must be furnished by the resort’s grille. Outside catering, fast food, coolers and picnic meals are not allowed.
• No commercial advertisements should be posted or circulated in the resort or on it grounds without permission from the owners.
• No member or guest should reprimand or discipline any employee. All employees are under the direct supervision of the owners. Any employee not rendering courteous and prompt service should be reported immediately to the owner or manager on duty at that time.
• Each member or guest assumes sole responsibility for his or her property. The resort is not responsible for any lost or damaged private property used or stored on the premises.

• A non-member may use the facility 5 times as a guest before being required to join.
• A member may have the same guest a maximum of 5 visits per year, except in the case of a member’s house guests. Member house guests may use the facility an unlimited number of times as long as the appropriate guest fees are paid. For pool/fitness or tennis/fitness the charge will be $10 per day for all your house guests. For tennis, pool & fitness the charge will be $15 per day for all your house guests.
• Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.

Callout: A member will receive a $50 gift card to the Centre Court Grille for any friend or guest that purchases a yearly membership.

• Tennis/Pool/Fitness daily rate = $15 + tax per person, $30 + tax per family
• Tennis/Fitness daily rate = $10 + tax per person, $25 + tax per family
• Pool/Fitness daily rate = $10 + tax per person, $25 + tax per family

• Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times in areas outside of the pool.
• Swimming attire should be confined to the pool area and locker rooms. Cut-off jeans, G-string or thong swimsuits are not permitted in the pool.
• Only athletic wear and gym shoes are permitted in the Fitness Center.
• Tennis apparel and tennis court shoes are required to play tennis.

• For your child’s safety, we require a parent/guardian to be on site at MDSR for children under the age of fifteen when the child is not in a supervised activity with MDSR staff.
• Children participating in a MDSR activity must be picked up by a parent/guardian within 15 minutes of the class ending time.
• Fitness Center: A parent or guardian must be present in the Fitness Center with any child under the age of fifteen. A 16-18 year old may have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian to use the facility without adult supervision.
